SHEKEL works together with government offices, municipalities, public foundations such as the National Insurance Institute/Bituach Le'umi, the Shalem Foundation, Joint Israel, the Jerusalem Foundation, and other Israeli nonprofits. For example, SHEKEL provides employment services and leisure activity for residents of other organizations' residential programs. Thanks to the extensive experience and knowledge of SHEKEL's professional staff, staff members are often invited as lecturers at conferences and seminars.
SHEKEL's culture and leisure programs are implemented together with many culture organizations, community centers, museums, and institutions of higher education.
SHEKEL's Israel Center for Accessibility runs projects together with government offices, municipalities, businesses, organizations, cultural and educational institutions, synagogues, and associations. SHEKEL hosts numerous overseas delegations through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as delegations from similar social welfare organizations and nonprofits.

SHEKEL's Volunteering Unit works together with multiple volunteer organizations in Israel and overseas.
